We are pleased to offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders Australia-wide.. Customers in metro areas can typically expect their orders within 3 to 7 business days. For our customers in regional areas, including WA, NT, and QLD, you can expect an additional 3 business days for delivery. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary. During major sale periods such as the Stocktake Sale, Black Friday and Christmas, there may be delays in preparing orders due to high demand. Additionally, delivery timeframes can fluctuate based on stock availability and the delivery service provider. In instances where items in your order needs to be sourced from multiple locations, your order may arrive in more than one delivery. Please note that in these instances you will only be charged for a single delivery. Our free delivery offer is subject to change. However, all orders processed during a free delivery offer period will be honoured in accordance with the offer.Returns Policy
We understand that there may be instances where you may not be completely satisfied with your order. In such cases, we invite you to return the item within seven (7) days of receipt with a written explanation for the return to our Customer Service team. You will need to obtain our written consent prior to returning any items. In the absence of this notification, we will consider the order as accepted and it will not qualify for return. Please note that unless the return is a result of an error on our part or due to a defective item, all return costs, including shipping, insurance, handling, and other associated fees, will be borne by you.
